Applying from out of state, GPA calculator? What is considered "honors"

Hello,
DD 2025 will be applying to both Calpoly SLO and Pomona in Oct. for engineering.
We are from WA state and we don’t do weighted GPA and trying to figure out what his weighted GPA for CalState. Best site to calculate his GPA?
Also in WA, he took several honors classes in addition to APs and dual enrollment. I am not sure if what Calstate calls “honors” is same thing as in WA state? example, all his English classes were “Honors English”. He did take his senior enlgish at community college over this past summer.

For OOS, only AP and IB courses are considered honors for gpa calculation.

Thank you. He took 7 courses as dual enrollment at the community college, those would be considered as bonus for GPA calculation similar to AP/IB?

So no, anything not AP/IB doesn’t get a GPA bump. But DE is still considered for rigor
