Hi guys,
I was just wondering, based on your experiences with these classes, are they hard? I’m a sophomore, and want to know if they’re moderately easy to make an A in. Thanks for any input!

By ‘Pre-AP’, are you referring to Honors?

If you’re good at math and science, at my school, no. If you’re an average kid who’s not, and lazy, then super hard, plenty of C’s/D’s/F’s in physics.

Physics and Pre-calc aren’t pre-ap or honors at my school, the honors-type kids just take them a year earlier (11th grade versus 12th).

The best way to be sure is to ask some people at your school who took it already.

If by pre-AP Physics, you mean an overview of algebra-based physics, then no, it’s not that hard. Physics is logical - as long as you take the time to really look into it, it should come to you.

Pre-calc is also very easy. It’s pretty much just all the classes you’ve taken before condensed into one - albeit one simple one.

At my school we don’t have honors, but I believe Pre-AP is a bit more difficult than honors.
