Dartmouth as it’s need blind - then take your pick. Grinnell, maybe Columbia or Cornell. But thise we talked about b4 like So Miss, etc. I don’t think the need aware have any chance but since you want to try.

I mean they are well reputed universities affiliated. I guess these are my only chances of getting aid+quality.

The issue is you said the schools that could work - Texas A&M Intl use a service you don’t want to pay for.
That one, Minot State, So Miss and more seemed worthy. You should ask if there’s a free way to get evaluated.

Texas A&M Intl not Texas A&M. We’ve gone over this up thread. It’s in Laredo Texas. You keep asking where to apply. You have a better chance of finding something at these then where you applied. Maybe something unwritten comes through.
Its about 18k USD, after the presidential scholarship. I’ll just send a mail if i could somehow reduce the living expenses.

Often you can after the first year, living off campus.
Even at Alabama you’d get $30.5k off as a floor but many get more when they fill out the scholarship application. That’s why I’m saying schools like Minot and So Miss, you need to try and hope. The NOC may be the most you’ll pay but you might pay less.
One poster mentioned full ride into at southern miss.
Many told you above that none of these apps will happen so they are all unlikely but take your shot at those that are cheapest even if not cheap enough because why not.
Ask about how to get a free transcript eval.
I believe other expenses other than tuition fees and books must be volatile, so they should have a higher estimate right?
In both my kids cases books were less and transport is personal. For you it will be more.
Of all we found this school was best cost wise. Schools like Minot, Black Hills….why not try ?
Just know - you likely aren’t coming here. It’s a hard message, especially given your efforts which are so persistent and impressive, but it’s reality and if you follow our government, they don’t want you here. It’s sad but unfortunately true.

I am looking into more of my options, like the china campuses. They have great programs but as @MYOS1634 mentioned there are cultural barriers, which I should consider.

You probably won’t spend nearly that much on books and other items in that row. My kids spend only a few hundred dollars a year on books and similar.
The personal expenses can be way less. That’s a budget for shampoo, pizza etc. the school doesn’t collect it from you—it’s just an estimate of what you might spend.
But…travel to and from India is likely to be a lot more than what they have estimated.

I mean the travel is almost a single time investment, I will stay on the campus for 4 years straight. I need to ensure they have break forms or atleast something similar to it.

This might not be an option but if you have an apartment, it will be. Also, room and board you see is just for Fall and Spring. So if you are renting for the summer, costs will be even higher. If you have an apartment, your lease will include.
In other words, your costs will be higher than you are seeing in the NPC because those are not including the entire year.
