No. I specifically mentioned Curricular Practical Training, which you left out of the quote. But let’s not worry about that right now - we can cross that bridge later. For now, your focus should be on getting accepted to a school you can afford.
Wanted to reflect a bit on your comment, made my day. I hope I get in somewhere good though. it feels like a very lonely journey right now, plus the winter just seems to make it worse.
There are lots of issues with colleges located in non-democratic countries. However I don’t know anything about the colleges you listed. My advice would be to leave them aside. Since you applied to every possible college in the US you wouldn’t be able to reapply and you need to have some possibilities if your choices this year are all denials.
I would also focus on finding colleges in Europe where tuition is more affordable.
Yeah those schools don’t seem to be low cost. Not sure why you’d apply unless they have a full ride possibility. That’s why we push So Miss, Minot, Texas A&M International. They are low cost up front.
Alabama won’t hit but with the scholarship app some get more than the promised merit.
@MYOS1634 really confused on sending my sat scores, w&l accepts self reporting so there is no point to send, should I just send random public uni’s at this point? stony brooke will not consider me priority for honors college atp.
Send your scores to universities that don’t accept self reporting. Those will generally be public universities. Weren’t you supposed to enter the universities when you registered though?
I’ve already suggested UMN Morris, university Illinois Springfield, you’ve been told about Minot state, Delaware State, New Mexico State… I don’t know if Longwood and Virginia State might have scholarships? Random directionals in Nebraska? Angelo State in Texas? At this point it’s REALLY fishing.
There is this one: https://www.montevallo.edu/admissions-aid/undergraduate-admissions/scholarships-2/entering-freshmen-academic/
Maybe you’ll be lucky and get MAPS or will get Presidential (automatic) and the OOS scholarships.
I don’t know whether any of these are open to non citizens though.
