Stephanie had two, Louis (born 1992) and Pauline (born 1994) with her bodyguard, Daniel Ducruet.

She and Ducruet were briefly married, although after the birth of their children.

She then had her third child, Camille, in 1998 with another former palace bodyguard, Jean-Raymond Gottlieb. She and Gottlieb were never married.

Interestingly enough, Wikipedia states that illegitimate children are nothing new in the Grimaldi line. In fact, the mother of Prince Rainier III (the Rainer who married Grace Kelly) was an illegitimate child who was adopted by her father, enabling Rainer to take the throne.

Rainier himself “made obtaining succession rights in this manner impossible for the illegitimate children of children by adopting a new constitution in 2002, which limited the succession to direct, legitimate issue.” (quoted from Wikipedia)

Caroline had three children with her second husband, who was killed in a boating accident in 1990. The three are Andrea (born 1984), Charlotte (born 1986) and Pierre (born 1987).

In 1999, Caroline had a fourth child, Alexandra, with her third husband.

Edited to add: The Wikipedia entry for Prince Rainier indicates that Princess Caroline is next in line for the throne (presumably as Albert has no legitimate heirs).
