Are you ready for some football?

We are watching local coverage of pre-game. The dog is fired up and ready to go (and representing for the moment). She’s got her shirt back and has staked out her spot on the couch in front of the tv.

@saintfan, do kitty and doggy like each other? Does doggy get jealous that kitty gets most of the publicity in your home?

Doggy is the original Beast Mode. She is a natural alpha and lets her action do the talking. All bite and no bark as DS says. She is very protective of kitty, but they don’t mix much. Kitty is quite shy and skittish IRL.

The touch noses when they are outside because kitty feels more secure when not in enclosed spaces, but I think she secretly appreciated that doggy keeps the coyotes and raccoons out of the yard.

Here she is dressed up as a wizard to answer the door at Halloween - she doesn’t always keep a low profile

How many costumes do they have?

Well, the possibilities are endless for the dog as she can wear our clothes  She just raids the kids’ old dress up bin for Halloween.

But . . . Al Michaels is on so now it is time to unveil my Katy Perry inspired Super Bowl look . . . (drum roll)

And here I thought you were just a crazy cat lady.

Dogs actually like to dress up

GAME ON, BABY!!! GO HAWKS!!!

I wonder what the average price paid per ticket was.

I don’t know if I can stand to watch.

(HOLDS UP A GLASS OF CAB) Okay everyone, here’s to an exciting game with no one hurt!

coin toss . . . check

I’m going to try to check out now, but we’ll see how long that holds. Have fun everyone! :stuck_out_tongue:

Nice to see the commentators got the very first call wrong: per the NFL rule book, roughing the kicker is a judgement call.

Who’s down?

Lane

DH is good at keeping me calm . . . “bend but don’t break,” he says, right before the pick.
