You folks fight too hard! I’ve already forgotten almost everything about football.
I neglected many things in the last 3 weeks.
I will be productive this weekend: fixing my house, getting ready to file tax returns.

That’s just depressing. There’s got to be anything else to do besides tax returns in Feb. When does baseball start? Soccer, basketball, water polo, anything!
Pitchers and catchers report February 20th
Yes . . . because we HAVE known championship and loss here we no longer follow the NBA
I follow the NBA just enough to root for the Oklahoma City Thieves to lose.

It’s rather hard to forget when it runs on a continuous loop at your house. My brother has watched and rewatched the game a dozen times. We’ve seen every story about Tom Brady and the parade and Tedy Bruski analyzing the plays. Just when you think it is over, NFL network announces the NEXT week is Patriots’ week!
DS quipped this morning that from now on he’s going to wear his Seahawks jersey for all exams so that he’ll know that he’ll be sure to pass even if he shouldn’t.
I mentally turn off football for the next months except for following basic news reports about free agents, contracts and the draft. I have friends who watch the draft but I don’t get excited about unknowns.
I think the Bruins have a decent shot at getting through a few rounds of the hockey playoffs so I’ll pay attention to that. And to the Red Wings being in the East now.
And for some ridiculous reason, a story in the papers years ago about the truck leaving for Florida with the Red Sox equipment has become a big deal and then all the media sends people to Ft. Myers to file meaningless stories. Though I used to enjoy the nearly annual Wade Boggs stupid stuff, like the time he fell out of a moving car (and claimed he rolled, etc. Though most of all, I miss his referring to himself as Wade Boggs, as in “Wade Boggs thinks Wade Boggs will reach 200 hits again this year.”
“That’s just depressing. There’s got to be anything else to do besides tax returns in Feb.”
I plan to get rid of all annoying things in early Feb then enjoy the spring weather in late Feb and March. I will drive to the mountains and deserts to see wild flowers and breathe fresh air. I also need to have my hair cut today or tomorrow. I skipped the hair cutting because of football.
I see Jerry Rice has admitted to cheating throughout his career. OMG. What will we tell the children?
BTW, Belichick defended Pete Carroll’s play call on his weekly radio appearance in Boston. Brought it up himself, not in response to a question:
And, on to more pressing news, he said that, yes, he is changing the name of his [little Nantucket fishing boat](http://wac.9ebf.edgecastcdn.net/809EBF/ec-origin.boston.barstoolsports.com/wp-content/blogs.dir/2/files/2009/07/img00043.jpg) again. The boat’s name is changing from V RINGS to VI RINGS. He’s coached in 9 of the 49 SuperBowls and been a winning coach in 6 of the 49 SuperBowls.
Nothing like a NFL video:
Worth playing every week until summer camp!
CBS is reporting that free agent Ndamukong Suh wants to sign with the Seahawks.
I don’t believe they will have the cap space after extending Wilson, but can you imagine? Yikes.
I wouldn’t pay Suh. The market has been set at an absurd level of $52M guaranteed to Watt (and I think McCoy of Tampa) and he’ll want more than that. Huge cap numbers make it hard to keep the rest of the talent level high.
There’s a bunch of teams that have the cap space to sign him, and even overpay him. Most of those teams aren’t good though.
If the Lions don’t re-sign him, I’m guessing the Raiders break the bank. Seems like a match made in heaven.
Suh is a good match for Seattle. Talent, demeanor, and especially character.
I don’t think Pete wants to deal with Suh anymore than he liked dealing with Harvin.

His.”
Lots of chatter about the Colts being responsible for DeflateGate. Unleash: http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/02/06/new-deflategate-theory-colts-deflated-ball-after-jacksons-pick/
xiggi - that as uncalled for
Well, saintfan, I guess for some fans, the nastiness never stops? Even a win can’t make them civil?
