Are you ready for some football?

What’s going on, @Nrdsb4 ??

That Michigan game was painful but I am loving this Sparty game

Can we predict which teams will go to the Superbowl yet?

@romanigypsyeyes, the Auburn assistant coach has been going onto the field with a wild look in his eyes, going nuts over various things. He just did it again and then AGAIN and got flagged for 15 yards, and was STILL going crazy. Other coaches had to drag him off the field. What was going on the field of play was not anything controversial that I could see.

His head coach needs to tell him to either get a grip or get off the field.

@Nrdsb4 - at least he had some fire in him and that was a costly bad call by the refs…so it goes. War Eagle!

@threeofthree, he was doing the same thing in the first half. He cost his team significant yardage and it could have gone worse if the officials had even 1/10 of his volatility. I thought he was really inappropriate.

That said, I was hoping to see an upset and was disappointed in the outcome.

I appreciated Muschamp getting riled up. Satan did the same thing and even grabbed the refs arms and he only got a warning. Apparently muschamp was pointing out Alabama violations the refs were ignoring. I did laugh when the announcers said to not let your kids lip read.

It was a good game, and I was disappointed in the outcome but not surprised. It was a rougher than anticipated season for Auburn but I believe with their young team they’ll be better next year. War Eagle!

@eyemamom, lol “Satan.” I did notice that encounter, but you have to admit he was much more in control of himself.

I think the best thing I have EVER seen was the ending of the 2013 Iron Bowl, when Chris Davis ran back the failed Bama field goal for a touchdown as time ran out. Ever since then, I root for Auburn when they play Bama, but so far no luck. This year’s Michigan State last second win vs. Michigan was a close second, though.

There are some great “fan reaction” videos of that Iron Bowl play on Youtube. Very funny, and very satisfying.

I will say the Bama fans were well behaved - I don’t think they ones you hear about (and witness sometimes) travel to games…all in all it was a beautiful football Saturday on a lovely campus with good fan behavior all around which makes for nice day in the end. We’ll see what happens next year…

Wow! NE and Denver. 2 great teams. Overtime is on the way.

I can’t even.

I hope they probably will meet again in post season.

I missed the beginning of the SF game when presumably this was explained. What was the deal with the Niner uniforms today?

Seattle-Pittsburgh was a good game to watch.

Only the Browns…

What happened? I watched the first half then switched it off.

After staging a very nice comeback to tie the game with less than two minutes left, and then intercepting a Matt Schaub pass in the final minute to set up the winning field goal attempt, they lost the game when the Ravens blocked the field goal and returned it 65 yards for a TD with 0:00 on the clock.

Apparently the Factory of Sadness had the night shift working.

Hard to believe that the Browns have been the NFL’s sad sack franchise for nearly 50 years now. Then again, after the final play last night, I am beginning to understand why. What…they are into year 3 of their 50-year rebuilding plan?

They’ve been rebuilding pretty much since the franchise was reborn in 1999.

This is a little out of date:

[Cleveland Browns QB Cemetery](Sadness week 3: the QB cemetery - The Draw Play)

because it only shows 19 starting qbs since 1999. They are up to 23 now.

The Patriots have had 3 in that same time span.

Aren’t the present Ravens the original Browns? It’s only the new incarnation of the Browns that’s had the long sad record.

PACKERSSSSSSS!

Way to mess up my sleep schedule…

Smugly went to bed at halftime thinking I had lucked out in my fantasy football league. My opponent had Aaron Rodgers as QB and Rogers as his RB.

We are tied for first place.

Got up and checked the score…What the heck! Hail Mary… Rodgers to Rogers …46 points for two players.

Not sure if I can make that up…

Please understand…The Eagles are my team…the only thing I have is fantasy football. :((
