<p>Most of my awards came during my junior year. Some were extra-curricular or classroom based, but most were from contests and competitions. The majority were school based, but there were a couple of national exams which I was commended for, and a few state and local ones for volunteering and stuff.</p>
<p>What are more important are the things you did to win those awards, rather than the awards themselves. I’d rather say that I committed my time to a voluntary project than that I received an award for it.</p>
