so you can be selected as a finalist w/o having your recommender submit your letter? Asking b/c mine hasn’t submitted yet b/c showing incomplete on the portal.

You can but u need the rec letter once u are named a finalist. Im prtty sure it came out today

I called the scholarship office yesterday and was told that decisions will be out by the end of the week. Winners will receive a letter, all others will get an email.
