B.C. leads the push to eliminate letter grades from school report cards

The Globe and Mail is based in Ontario. Ontario hasn’t had letter grades for a very long time, at least 18 years. So, how is BC leading the push?

Both articles are confused about the terms “letter grades” and “grades”. They use the terms interchangeably.
