Background Colors

When I load the page, the background painfully flashes blue for 0.2 seconds (wild guess, but you ge the picture) before switching to gray. Now after this happens ten times in a couple of minutes it starts making me feel uncomfortable. Is it possible do the backgrounds differently so this does not happen? (since you are using table cells, why not just make the blue cells have different background colors instead, and make the page background gray, like the rest of the forum?)
