Thank you!

Please tell me you didn’t mention that on your application.

No.!!!That’s an honor…you’re applying to some schools I am please mention it!!!

;-)

i think you should consider less competitive schools esp since your white and obviously not underprivalged…i dont see why colleges would go easy on you

UNC - no chance whatsoever
USC - "
CMU - "
Gtown - "
USD - good chance
Rhodes - "
Denison - "
Loyola- "

sorry but not good chances given the number of qualified applicants nowadays with similat ECs but better stats

The range of locations in the schools you are applying to doesn’t seem to justify this reason???

i think she was refering to hs

Georgetown? No better chance than a snowman in hell.

To be honest, with those scores, you need more “safety” type schools. You are very top-heavy with your sats.

Did u try the ACTs?

i have a 2130 sat score with a 3.8uw/4.26 gpa and im not even looking at georgetown…although im really interested in carnegie mellon if i dont get into my ed2 school

i wish i could be smarter

i don’t expect to get into most of these schools, but it was just something i would have regretted if i had never tried

besides your test scores, you have a nice package to present. take a look at fairtest.org to check out schools that dont require the SAT.

wow you guys are brutal… but yeah just keep your head up

Hey Joanna –

You must like DC, with G-town and GWU on your list. American U might be an easier admit for you. Chapel Hill is crazy hard to get in OOS.
You might also want to check out the Arizona schools and CSU’s.
Good luck!

that’s your own loss. don’t tell her not to apply because you’re too scared to take the chance. in all fairness, you’d have a shot at gtown, anyways.

i just applied to american university! woo-hoo! thanks for the advice dudedad

blue_mouse- do you have any idea what your talking about…i NEVER said i even wanted to go to g-town…and im applying to sschools alot better than gtown
