That’s exactly how I feel!! Tbh this is all lottery and a woman’s college like Barnard is unique in its decision process. I think barnard gave me the best chance to illustrate myself to them.

Also Barnard got maybe 2,000 more applicants then a typical year and honestly that’s not terrible

I am so anxious I feel like I’m gonna cry but I have math homework due tonight and this is all I’ve been thinking about lmaooo. I got into schools more selective but got waitlisted at schools that are less selective so I just have no idea what’s gonna happen

yes! after barnard all i’m waiting on is dartmouth, but i’m not holding my breath on that one lol
but all of my schools that would give good aid have waitlisted / rejected me so barnard is really my last chance

Unless I’m mistaken, earlier in the forum someone said Barnard got roughly 12k applications this year. They normally get 10k and accept 1k out of that pool. Those are all estimates from the numbers given on their website.
Same I’ve felt a huge pit in my stomach all day and I so nervous for results. Everyone, just know that no matter what happens, we will be okay. Waiting is scary but regardless of the outcome we will be just fine

Hi! New to this thread. It’s so much more civil than the NYU one lol. I was extremely nervous but I think I feel a little better now that NYU is over. Good luck to everyone!

tbh for ED they released a little earlier than 7pm, I remember for me it was around 6:45 that I found out I was deferred

omg I was also on the nyu forum and there were literally 800 posts in an hour people were freaking out about the housing portal
My friend checked first and told me, they never emailed me lol
