Behavioral Science

I am an International student applying next year.

What do you think of this program? Is it really strong? Is it worth moving away from home for it?

Is there a list of subject I have to take and a list of electives somewhere?

Thanks a lot!

I don’t see anything called “Behavioral Science”. Do you mean Psychology?

ASU has a major search page here:

https://webapp4.asu.edu/programs/t5/undergrad

If you click on one of the icons (say Psychology) it will take you to a page that has links to Major Maps for each major available in that category. The major maps list a 4-year plan of all the required courses for each major as well as which campus that major is offered on. (ASU has 4 campuses in the Phoenix metropolitan area.) Electives are also listed below the major map.

You can also get to ASU’s catalog on-line for more in-depth descriptions of the classes.

it’s actually Social & Behavioral Science, there is also an exploratory program.

https://newcollege.asu.edu/sbs/degrees/social-sciences-behavioral-sciences-program

It’s in the West Campus… But I wanted to get into Honors, can I?
Plus, I don’t like very much this program… should I apply just for the Honors? Is it worth it?

Barrett Honors College is at all four campuses.

It really doesn’t make sense to apply if you do not like the Social & Behavioral Science program. There is no major in the Honors College. The only Honors classes you will take are those that will fulfill general education requirements and maybe one or two entry level classes (Honors Calc., Honors Bio). Otherwise, your honors credits will come from Honors Contracts on your regular classes.
