3k more this year just for the lolz? Haha let’s not get everyone’s hopes up.

3,000. That’s a leap. Any leads on the construction companies around UCB? :D

I think the list includes transfer applicants for sure. Someone make sure by asking a friend who is a strong transfer applicant to check. If true then we have to factor in Cal’s transfer acceptance rate as well as transfer applicant numbers in the equation to get a truly accurate admit rate and number.

As I said, 3,392 transfer applicants got in last year. So whittle down the surplus to 2,000 or so. :|

Did UCLA admit more applicants than usual this year? If so, then that could also mean that Berkeley did too!

Could it be that this list only contains the names of in state admits…waitlistess or the like…
so far all the people that i know are strong applicants to cal are not on the list…

but i don’t see why berkey woud leave out the internatonal pool tho…

No. I saw names of fellow applicants from my country.

I’m international and I’m on the list.

maybe 1,500 freshmen and 1,500 transfers. hahahahaha… but seriously, why the extra 3k???

k. oh well so be it.
i got rejected…congratulations to those who got in

so far a variety of students with diff factors are or aren’t on the list…which verifies that this list IS legit…not to mention… I am not on the list

I would love if it included acceptees and transferees. Not waitlistees!

Can we prove that this list is contiguous? When I have more time later today, I’ll write a program that iterates through the established URL range (and perhaps outside of it) and checks to see how many are actual students.

heres another thing to play around with…why are some names in all caps?

Supernaut, Any way you can check to see when these 92-94XXXX people were put on the db?

There are really things that point to this as legit. For one, I found out that new undergrads can create their “CalNet ID” using the student ID (in this case, I think it’s the 92---- + numbers) and a PIN which I presume will be in the admissions letter.

Well I’m in the list so I’m finding evidence on it
but in the end, we’ll only know on the 24th. good luck everybody!

oh gosh if this is true, then I am out:(

@Fromcalwithlove: I am afraid I cannot fully celebrate until I am assured that waitlisted applicants are not also included on this list.

@Mickjagger, yeah. It would really suck if waitlisted peeps are there.

Interesting… yeah I think the people on the list won’t be rejected, but we’ll have to see about waitlistees.

my (twin) brother and I are both in the 93~94 range. Actually our numbers are only 2 apart haha. mine ends with 60 and his iwth 58. I wonder who’s between us.
