<p>College admissions is finally over and despite some disappointments, I feel that I still have a solid choice of schools. Now it is just the task of deciding in about a month. I got into Bates, Colby, Colgate, Hamilton, Pomona, and Tufts and waitlisted at Bowdoin and Middlebury. I know my chances at getting off the waitlist are up in the air, so I’m mainly looking at the ones I know I am accepted to. Obviously Tufts is the best school for the sciences, but I am not wowed with the Medford/Somerville area. I really want to like Pomona with it being the best LAC ranking-wise I got into, but I am not visiting for another 2 weeks. Also, I know Bowdoin is supposed to have a phenomenal marine biology program, but again, not counting on getting in. Any input to help me make a final choice?</p>
