Best Movies of the Decade

I suppose I haven’t. As I mentioned, it’s about perspective. I suppose that I don’t share the same perception as you.

who remembers movies from 10 years ago, seriously

the avatar, starwars, and the Bourne!

I’d probably say The Notebook or Revenge of the Sith

pulls out pimp hand

^haha agreed, but I didn’t want to be too rude. Because I was about to go on a rant.

One good thing about The Notebook: Rachel McAdams is so hot. (I wasn’t distracted thought  )
It’s not the worst movie ever, but TOP TEN OF DECADE? No.

^ and ^^
shut up

The Notebook was amazing.

I liked that movie too:)

Maybe if you are a girl (Joke: I am not sexist).

I am a girl. :$

You know what ****es me off? Boys never like romances. WHY? ARE YOUR HEARTS MADE OF STONE?

Ghost was a terrible movie. After that I never enjoyed chick flics

Maybe they have difficulty in portraying emotion or they just exemplify it in alternative ways?

we enjoy violence. warm feelings offend us

WOAH WOAH WOAH WOAH!

TIME OUT.

CHILL OUT.

UNFAIR ASSUMPTION.

Dude, I have much more emotion than most girls. I cry over Chicken Soup. I have cried over books and movies–however they have been GOOD books and movies, not The Notebook.

That ***es me off too. I feel like I need to repress emotions, because I will get called a *female cat. And it’s so annoying. That’s sort of why I like better about girls–less judgmental in that way.

I sobbed to “Stand By Me.” The reason I’m bringing this movie up is because there is a scene where two characters are just talking, and then one describes an incident and starts crying. He then goes: “I guess I’m just a female cat.” Other guy: No, man. Or something. IDK! It just really showed two males who didn’t care about showing emotion and yeah… So, wow, don’t make that claim again. I am offended!

I think a lot of males feel that way. I think it’s annoying too.

Anyways, sorry for judging you, ChocolateBanana.

“To thine own self be true.” NEVER LET A GUY TELL YOU THAT YOU’RE A female cat, OKAY? hahah

post it. don’t keep it in

I almost cried at the poem “Asphodel: That Greeny Flower” by William Carlos Williams lol

Idk…I never started watching movies until about two years ago. So:

Wall-E
HP PoA
The 1st Star Wars, whatever its name was. I haven’t seen the others.

Dang, I can’t think of any others…I swear there was a riotously funny one, but I don’t think that was made in the last decade. Or half-a-century.

There is only one scene in Slumdog Millionaire which warrants attention. The one where the kid is telling the American tourists that the Taj Mahal was built as a five-star hotel with a swimming pool. That was hilarious. The rest of the movie was entirely flat emotionally. I was sad when Wall-e lost to it.

Well, I’ll let them say it, but then pop them in the face. Joking, I have never like…touched anyone in a violent manner haha.

I will let them say it, but then prove them wrong with my (superior) logic and oratory skills.

Well, if a lot of males feel that way, where are they? Maybe they are just hiding it. I mean, IDK…it just seems like females get the better end in terms of things they are allowed (I realize this is arbitrary and vague) to like…music, movies, books, etc.

No, layers of rock hard muscle.

POTMFD

^^Wall-E is on my top 10 list. It’s amazing.

Slumdog isn’t as emotionally flat as you make it out to be. I say that many of the scenes of them as children ALSO warrant attention.
