Best of CC “cookbook”

We are kind of a “club” like Junior League or whatever. They put out cookbooks, we should do the same.
What is your favorite/most asked for/one you personally like the most recipe?
I thought of creating this thread when someone asked if they could pass along my spinach artichoke dip recipe, which is the one lots of people have asked for.
Please share your “best” recipes. I’ll share mine later, when I can find it.

Blueberry Buckle Coffee Cake

4 cups flour
1/2 cup shortening
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
5 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp salt
4 cups fresh blueberries

Topping:

2 cups sugar

2/3 cup flour

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup margarine

Blend first 7 ingredients. Beat vigorously 1/2 minute. Carefully stir in blueberries. Spread 1/2 of batter into greased pan. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle 1/2 topping over batter. Add remaining batter, then sprinkle rest of topping on top. Bake at 350 45-50 minutes.

The recipe didn’t tell me what pan to use. I use a 10X13.5. A weird size, I know. A 9x13 would work, too.

Spinach Artichoke Dip

2 10 oz frozen chopped spinach
1 8 OZ artichoke hearts, with the juice (I sometimes use more, up to a 14 oz can)
1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 cup good mayo
1 cup sour cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons minced garlic
8 oz shredded Monterey Jack (pepper jack is fine too)

-Defrost spinach
-Cut artichoke hearts into at least quarters (I like them smaller)
-Mix (by hand) together everything except the spinach and artichokes, but reserve about 1/4 of the Monterey Jack cheese for top
-Add artichoke hearts, with the juice from jar or can,
-Squeeze the spinach to get most of the water out, and add it to the mixture
-Stir it all together
-Just before baking sprinkle Mont Jack cheese on top

Spray whatever you’re baking it in with Pam. I use a 2qt baking dish, or something smaller if I don’t want to cook it all at once
Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes
I serve with tortilla chip, salsa, and sour cream. Doritos are another good option
