Hi there! Me and my counselor have a huge problem with downloading school-transcripts. She ( counselor) put into common application 5 times my documents and waiting more than 2 hours, and nothing, still downloading.

So, question is, what is the best time for downloading? Early morning or evening?

Thanks a lot!

It depends on where you are in the world. Based on US times zones peak times seem to be weekdays during school hours (because of recommenders) and during prime homework hours (Mon-Thur and Sunday eves) (because of students). Light hours are when most of the US is asleep or just waking and Saturday early morning. Keep in mind if you are on the East coast, peak times may continue three hours after you think they should end because the rest of the country is still working.

In my experience, waiting an extended period for a download won’t likely be successful. If it hasn’t happened in about 5 mins, back out and try again. Also, be sure the files are of the correct type and size.

Ok, perfect, thanks a lot!
