<p>I would think it’s just good to have a bike in general, especially if you don’t have a car.</p>
<p>Stenner is easily close enough walk.</p>
<p>Stenner is walkable, but biking is nice (especially mountain biking the hills around campus, or biking downtown, they have huge crowds of bikers every wednesday or thursday can’t remember downtown ie just think huge party for bikers). Just make sure to lock your bike up, because I had my nice/totally awesome bike stolen freshmen year : ( I think it was a pro-group cause they only took the nice bikes and they went from dorm to dorm, like in a one week period about 15-30 nice bikes gone. </p>
<p>In all seriousness Stenner is probably closer to Cal Poly, then Yosemite which is considered an on campus dorm. It takes about 5-15 minutes depending which building you need to go to (if its the buisness Silo its 5 minutes, if its the PAC more like 15).</p>
