Loudermilk on Netflix.
I loved Loudermilk. They only made 3 seasons and I still occasionally google if theyâre ever going to make a 4th season, but nope.
Same here. Iâm rewatching âBand of Brothersâ and the actor who played Loudermilk is in it. What a different role!
Well, he was an alcoholic in both roles. I always identify Ron Livingston with Office Space.
I watched Season 1 and Season 2 of White Lotus and liked both seasons. H and I started Season 3 last night and I have to say I was disappointed. We only watched two episodes. Does it get better? I do like Walter Goggins (thought he was great in Justified).
No, not really, IMO
I loved season 3 of White Lotus as did my family, but we may be outliers.
I didnât really like it. It was so slow and the only reason I continued was my hubbie and son liked it better than me. Although my husband would say, âyet another episode where nothing really happenedâ. Maybe the last 2 episodes picked up a bit, but youâre not really missing anything if you decide to not watch it.
I loved Season 1 and 3. I didnât really like Season 2.
We thought season 3 was the best of them all. But neither H nor I are Jennifer Coolidge fans. She grates on my nerves
I really enjoyed the first three episodes of Andor Season 2 on Disney+. I really hadnât paid all that much attention to the Star Wars universe after the first trilogy, although I did watch the prequel movies and some later ones. The characters and plots didnât really stick with me though. Oh, and I watched and enjoyed The Mandalorian.
But Iâm glad I waited until recently to watch Andor season 1 so I could move right into season 2. I havenât seen Rogue One but am spoiled. This showâs character and plot development are great - and wonderful costumes. So even if I donât know the minutiae of the SW universe, I can appreciate this as a real prequel to my trilogy.
Season 4 of The Bear will premiere sometime in June 2025, according to the chairman of FX Content.
Per People magazine
I havenât seen Andor yet (donât have Disney plus, though I could borrow it), but Rogue One is my favorite Stars Wars movie. (Full disclosureâI have never seen 2 or3 because 1 was so bad, and though i saw 7,8,9 when they came out and they were fine, they didnât really stick with me.) Original three were iconic, especially the original SW, but I still like Rogue One better.
Iâve been binging The Residence on Netflix, two more episodes to go, and am loving it. Great characters, everything over the top, fun depiction of the White House and people of power, and excellent casting. Al Franken does great playing a senator . Tons of clever lines that fly by so have to pay attention. I love the way they keep going back to various scenes from different points of view, and how characters react to hearing what other characters said. At a minimum, this show should win an Emmy for film editing.
I just finished this. Agreed, it was very good. The young actor, in his first role, was amazing
I watched an interview given by the young man along with the woman who played the psychologist who interviewed him. That was the first episode they filmed!
She was excellent as well
Iâm really enjoying âThe Pitt.â They sure manage to capture the atmosphere in the ERs Iâve been in (which I am pretty frequently due to my sonâs illness).
I watched âRace For the Crownâ on Netflix over the weekend. 6 episodes & easy to binge. I spent a significant amount of time at Keeneland during my college years & early to mid-twenties. I have loved spending time at other tracks as well (particularly Saratoga). The first two episodes may have spent a little too much time on some of the outrageous people who have pumped financial support into the game in recent years, but I was hooked throughout. A great binge for Derby week.
I just finished Season 4 of âOnly Murders in the Building.â I enjoyed it, very entertaining.
