Here’s the police report.
There are no “rules” .Just suggesting respectfulness and trying to avoid unsubstantiated rumor mongering. As far as I know, there is no recent restraining order. There was one almost a year ago, issued by an aunt, sometime after the marriage, if its real, between Bobbi Christina and Nick. But if they are not legally married and there is conflict (never mind the “eww” factor of his having been raised essentially as a sibling to Bobbi Christina) between Nick, Bobby Brown and other family members, including this aunt who filed the restraining order a year ago, the medical ethicists at the hospital must unfortunately be having quite a time of it if there are no written directives from Bobbi Christina and the “family” is in discord about what choices to make.
I noticed that he is not listed as a spouse on the police report which could mean nothing at all but is a little weird.
There are a lot of empty fields on that report. I don’t see that one more makes a difference.
This whole thing is very sad. I wouldn’t put much credence into anything any “family” had to say, since there are obvious warring interests at play. Gordon could have been the best or the worst thing that ever happened to her.
People may find this offensive but…one thing that always struck me when I’ve seen pictures of her was that she was odd-looking, in contrast to her good-looking parents, and if I were her parent I would have looked at getting the huge gap between her front teeth fixed.
Poor kid.
Family discord in the absence of written directives is not uncommon and is pretty gut wrenching for everyone. Good reminder to make these wishes known in a legal document.
The hospital may possibly need to get a court order
Isn’t her father all there is if she is not married? I mean there’s a grandmother and an aunt and we know they don’t get along with BB so discord is a given but only one of those people is her next of kin.
As I work adjacent to the hospital, I can tell you it is a zoo here! The media has been parked across the street since Saturday, and people are not allowed in the hospital without a staff badge of by checking in at the security station. I get the local stations hanging out, but even CNN has been here! I decided not to go to the hospital today, but will go tomorrow.
The family is staying pretty well hidden by staying in BK room and ICU. Tyler Perry is here with Bobby Brown and other relatives were reported as heading to the hospital.

Read somewhere, so cant vouch for its accuracy, that Tyler Perry (who has his studio in Atlanta) was flying back to Atlanta and offered Bobby Brown a ride on his private plane. Local CBS news is saying they will be interviewing a relative (DK who) at 11.
Yes, he flew to Atlanta with Tyler Perry on Saturday. I think that is a fact, by now. It sounds as though there is the BB camp and the Houston family camp since the statements were released separately.
As of 5:00pm tonight she was still at the same hospital. I have not heard she was being moved, and can’t imagine she is stable enough to move at this time.
CNN is here in Atlanta, but I still think it is odd they are camping out with the locals!
Tyler Perry did flight Bobby Brown here on his private jet. BK was in one of Tyler Perry show’s a few years ago, but don’t know if the family friendship when back farther.

She’s been moved to Emory. And, there’s more background emerging but I don’t feel like getting scolded for posting it. So Google.
The move to Emory had been reported but not confirmed in the mainstream media as of 6 pm tonight.It seem reasonable, but it was still not being confirmed.
There are plenty of media trucks camped outside the CDC-- they can be efficient and cover the CDC measles epidemic and Emory Hospital simultaneously,since they are right there together.
I understand it’s their job, but journalists who camp outside hospitals like this just make me sick. Give the family some damn peace.
