Thank you for telling me your situation. Seems like that I need to be more worried and ask the office to expedite the process, in order to hear back soon, lol.
@transfer099 I see what you’re saying; it’s just my financial aid situation is so complicated; I wasn’t able to fill out any sort of parental information in the CSS profile; and my legal guardian recently passed, so I couldn’t fill out any information for that either. Point being, I had to send the financial aid office so many legal documents, court papers, and testimony letters, that getting minimal aid would really, really bum me out. I am not expecting a full ride (or something even close to it) or anything like that, and I understand that they can’t give everyone the aid they need, but I know if I don’t get good aid I would be paying off student loans for a long, long time.
And yeah. I guess they want to see if I can improve upon a 3.6.
@mislysBB stay hopeful!!! i am sorry to hear about that. but you have a great gpa already so keep your head up and stay positive! i sent in an appeal and should know in two weeks the results so ill keep you updated!

For those of you who were accepted is there more than one orientation date? Two of my accepted friends are going to the May 8th one and I’m concerned if I don’t know by then will there be others?

@kaiju0515 don’t worry! its only an open house. the actual orientation isn’t until july. i was accepted and am not even sure if I’ll be done with school by then so don’t worry you won’t miss anything! there will be others they said when i called
