the admissions@e.bu.edu is the same email that I received to create my bu portal, so I believe it’s legit! if it doesn’t change then we should call them tomorrow

Hey guys I would be very wary of any emails saying you got in. BU also does not ever send decisions via email only through the portal. It is also a weekend and Bu admission have previously said that decisions come out on weekdays via portals. I know everyone is really stressed and I understand that but your official decisions will be out very soon.

I just went through my email and the admissions@e.bu.edu is the same email address that sent me my admissions decision last year, so i think it would be real. My best guess is that we were supposed to find out tomorrow at 9 am and maybe when whoever was setting up the wave to send the emails accidentally sent it now instead of scheduling it to be sent later

admissions@e.bu.edu is the same address that sent me the email to setup my portal in March, so it’s likely a legit acceptance. Congrats guys!

Yeah mine too, and it is also the same email that sent me a “thank you for visiting BU” letter as well.

I agree with that, at least some of them. I see no other reason as to why we would’ve heard yesterday other than an accident. There could always be another wave though! Hang in there guys!
