<p>In general, probably not. A lot of schools accept EITHER the SAT/ACT or TOEFL for intl students. I never gave TOEFL myself. Very rarely are both required. Some colleges make it mandatory for Indian students to submit TOEFL scores but both required simultaneously is pretty rare.</p>
