You can often arrange a late checkout even without paying extra, especially if you are renting several and only asking for late checkout on one. Definitely worth asking! And ask for early checkin as well.
We host brunch several times a year for 20-30 people. I get up early to bake everything from french toast casserole, donuts, muffins and coffee cake. My husband makes made to order omelets, S makes pancakes and we have lots of fruit. I love the idea of a yogurt bar or parfaits. Google breakfast casseroles and you will see plenty of ideas.
