<p>Another character who has grown on me is Hank - Walt’s brother-in-law who just happens to be a DEA agent. At first he seemed to be just a blowhard. Now, he’s STILL a blowhard, but more nuanced.</p>
<p>I just wonder what Walt intended his “end game” to be. Surely, early on, he must have envisioned that this whole cooking-meth-for-my family’s-future strategy had some major flaws. I figure he must have thought he would be dead from cancer before he had to pay the piper.</p>
<p>Actually, between Gus, the threat from the cartel, and the possibility that Hank might discover Walt’s secret - Walt doesn’t have too many good options left.</p>
