My daughter took Chemistry 1 as a freshman and received a grade of C. She is now a Sophomore and would like to retake this class, will Bright Futures pay for this class?
Does anyone know where I might the answer? I looked on BF website but only discusses Withdrawl and Dropped classes
Is she at a public school or a private? If at a private, no, they will not pay for credits to be retaken. If at a public, BF now pays for the cost of 12-18 credits as a block. I don’t think the chemistry course will count toward the 12 credit minimum, so she’d have to have 12 other credits and the chem class on top of it.
BUT, will the school even give her credit for retaking a class she got a C in? Most schools won’t do grade replacement for a C.
