Bristol Palin & Levi Johnston

The story line over the past year or two does come across like a soap opera.

I don’t think it’s a stretch, it’s not like Wasilla has high standards to hold office.

^^^Oh, you are BAAAAAAAD!

Who knows, maybe someday he may be governor and complete his term and pigs will fly! :)

Or maybe, like several soap operas, they’ll all get cancelled

Perhaps Sarah and Levi could do cross over appearances in each other’s reality show!

Didn’t I read that Bristol moved out of the condo she purchased with her “early” money and back in with Sarah in Wasilla? I wonder if the money for her moment in the spotlight ran out when there was no interest in a reality show with Levi and Bristol as a married couple?

If there is interest in a show with just Levi, it seems to explain a lot. Levi and Bristol “split” right after they can’t sell their reality show, they stay in daily contact and then ta-da Levi gets his show! Since the show is going to film partly in Wasilla Levi will get to see Tripp and perhaps he and Bristol can go for a three-fer on the engagement.

No matter what, Levi does seem to be dedicated to his career. Imagine, his own show at age 20!

Levi does seem to be making out pretty well from his new found “fame.” But, alas, he didn’t get the girl! Or well, I guess we can stay tuned as you never know, their engagement could be on again.

This whole thing sounds like something out of “Secret Life”.

“Johnston’s manager, Tank Jones, on Monday confirmed a report on Variety magazine’s website that Johnston is planning to run for city office in his hometown of Wasilla, Alaska, as part of a reality TV show.”

I was close! Earlier in this thread, I predicted that Bristol would become a politician.

"He can use his playgirl photos in his campaign posters to save some money. "

Scott Brown once posed for Playgirl and now is a Mass. senator.

Wow.

(That is all I’ve got.)

“Scott Brown once posed for Playgirl”

The photos might be mistaken for Playgirl, but that was Cosmopolitan.

Can’t wait to hear his campaign speech.

YK, in all honesty, while I’m no fan of Sarah Palin’s, imagine your daughter taking up with trash like this and having it be played out in the public eye. Not a scenario I’d want.

I’ve felt the same way ever since Levi broadcast all the allegations (he’s now admitted that they were not true) about the Palin family. And now a writer who is working on a biography of Sarah has rented the house right next door, overlooking her house and yard. No one deserves all this.

Trash? Is that because they are making money off becoming known to the world in the election campaign? Did Bristol return the money she got for the US magazine Engagement Cover? If not returning the money indicates “trash,” it seems to apply to both.

Is having a hook up after the first engagement was called off by Bristol a sign of “trash?” How is Bristol hooking up with the baby’s father’s friend/almost groomsman more or less trashy than what Levi has been said to have done?

Is having a reality show a sign of “trash?” Seems that these two young people reflect some very similar personal and/or familial aspirations.

I think if you will check you will see that he has never specified which were false.

And, its not been just a bed of roses for Levi. He was falsly accused of being the father of someone else’s baby. As far as I can tell, both Bristol and Levi have had exactly the same number of children out of wedlock–one.

Question: is “trash” defined differently depending on the gender of the subject?

I seem to recall that Bristol’s older brother had strong negative descriptive words for Bristol bouncing around from Levi to Ben and back to Levi. Might a Palin family member have an informed opinion, or is he out to “get” Bristol?

I never quite understood the brouhaha that Levi was “dating” other young women after he and Bristol broke off their engagement and broke up their relationship. While I realize Bristol may have felt hurt as many young girls might, he was free to date. Likewise, reports are that Bristol was dating one of the groomsmen during this period as well. Not sure the difference between the two and truly not sure why that was not OK for either one of them.

"YK, in all honesty, while I’m no fan of Sarah Palin’s, imagine your daughter taking up with trash like this and having it be played out in the public eye. Not a scenario I’d want. "

Both families seem equally trashy to me.

“Is having a reality show a sign of “trash?””

Yes.

And I say that with love.

^^^Based on the occasional 5 minutes of the odd reality shows I have had the misfortune to land on while channel surfing I would have to agree. But without the love. (the 3 minutes of jersey shore I once saw have scarred me for life).

OK, so I posted the article last night about Levi running for office in Wasilla as part of a reality show. Another article today has more…(and no worries, he is beefing up his resume by earning a GED and has sights one day on the governorship!)…
