brown doesn’t seem to be granting any more gap year requests… looks like it’s finally over
I’m guessing perhaps there are people who may get off a waitlist elsewhere and perhaps some willingness to give recruited athletes a deferral following the announcement today.
I’m not sure why I still keep checking this page despite being more than excited about where I’m committed to this fall. Interesting.

@coffee2020 I think a number of people are failing to read in its entirety what was posted earlier about Brown making a “final decision about fall plans” by July 15 (which, of course, they did a while ago). There’s zero evidence to suggest anything is happening today.

My daughter was just notified of her acceptance and has until 7/29 to let Brown know. Very difficulty decision this late…We are from New England

I sent an email asking why my portal hadn’t changed, this is how Brown responded:
“Thank you for your email. Our wait list process is still on-going and we anticipate making wait list offers through the next several weeks. We will notify all students on our wait list when the process has been concluded.”
