@fallpsat: Are they coming in snail mail or email?

Accepted Rosemont/Drexel med program

congratulations

@sjshah congratulations

Last year PSU/Jefferson came by snail mail.

Thanks for your kind words. The support system on this thread is great.

Anybody hear from Drexel/Drexel?

For anyone that’s gone to a USciences interview, what are the questions like?

Thank you everyone. And this is my second Drexel decision, preceded by nova/Drexel.

@sanguinee- the usciences interview was very straight forward. Know why you want to become a doctor, know a bit about your activities, know why Usciences and why TCMC, and make sure you mention that you would like to practice medicine in PA, specifically in the area surrounding USciences and/or TCMC.

Today my D got Singer Scholarship from UM. I hope she will get into HPME. If not no use of Singer Scholarship.

If you get the med pgm, they figure you’ll come and won’t give you the big $. If you don’t get the pgm, they offer the big $ so you come anyway. I’ve heard of some schools doing this. I hope UM is not doing this to my D.

I’m getting some of that at Brooklyn, but not much. Thy gave me full tuition through Macaulay Honors College, but apartments are expensive. I want to see if they could help defray that cost as well.

@KLM congrats! I thought she was out of programs? How many more do you have to hear back from?

@sjshah thanks and congrats on rosemont

@KLM congrats! How were you notified of the Singer scholarship? Was it an e-mail notification?

@klm123
How were you informed about singer? Email or snail mail

@KLM123, congrats. She deserves it. Hope she is also offered a place in the HPME program.

@KLM Singer Scholarship + HPME - it would be a perfect combination. Good luck to your daughter.

Applied to 15 direct BS/MD programs and rejected to all 15 (last one came today). Hope everyone’s not having as bad luck as me.

@sanguinee- what about USciences?
