<p>Hi, i am going to apply for US visa and i need to demonstrate that i can afford my college education. Together with bank statement, employer statement and other financial statement i want to carry my property evaluation statement/ CA Statement. Do you have any idea where i can get this statement from or where i can meet CA who is ready to make my statement at a reasonable cost? Please, if u have any knowledge then post that in this thread.</p>

But, USEF had told me to do those evaluation from VDC. I do not have any ideas whether my VDC members do those evaluation. Also, i am not going to use any of the immovable assets so, i have sufficient cash and saving for my entire study. What is better to do either to carry property evaluated document or just official document called “lalpurja” , prove just 4 i will return back because of my property.</p>
