<p>Are those usually mailed out to candidates during a certain phase of the application process?</p>

<p>Yes once the candidate sends in his/her acceptance card.</p>

<p>This year they didn’t send them out until mid-April because of some delays, but it sounds like they usually are ready earlier.</p>
