@sbhs18 I got into Ag Business with a 3.7 and a 27 on Act… pretty damn average. I think you should be fine because Ag business is one of the biggest majors, and therefore is not as impacted… and a lot of spots will open up when Ag bus kids get accepted to UC Davis which happened today actually. You should be fine!
D accepted to UC Davis and U of Washington (business direct admit) tonight which offsets the Cal Poly waitlist quite a bit. To those still waiting hang in there! And congrats to those who got in! March came in like a lion and hopefully out like a lamb
@jkasali Congrats on Davis!!! That’s awesome! My D ended up getting waitlisted too. Still holding out for 4 more schools. Are you still going to accept your waitlist spot?
Is cal poly done sending out acceptances? I haven’t heard back yet. Or is there going to be another wave of everything?

@teachmama2 thanks so much! Probably she will release her waitlist spot but waiting for the other UCs first. The spot at UW is great but much more expensive. Lots of relief to get some good answers last night. Will be rooting for your daughter for some good news on her other schools! This is a very stressful process.

Hopefully a spot will open up as this is one of my top choices! Thought being a women in engineering might help my chances since my GPA isn’t very high. Got rejected from UC Davis. Haven’t heard from anywhere else.
UCD decline received yesterday. Still “no determination” for Cal Poly. Are there still majors that they haven’t made decisions? Most everything I’m reading says accepted, declined or waitlisted.
Have they released bio sciences results yet? My D still hasn"t heard anything.
@sdsuparent Cal Poly usually does a couple days of acceptances, then waitlists, then long, painful wait for rejections to come out. It could always change, but it seems to be following that pattern. Not having rejection in portal gives hope, but good to start planning for other options.
