I noticed my son’s CPP admission email stated submit intent to enroll/accept by June 1 (not May 1 like SDSU).

Another CC poster mentioned the June 1 SIR deadline also.

Looks like all UCs and CSUs have pushed out their deadlines.

I got in 4.19 in state for bio.
People are mentioning the honors college invite. What does that look like? Can someone who got that send a picture?

Hi. Congratulations on your admission!

So my hs senior son was admitted recently also and received an email for CPP Kellogg Honors College prior to admission. But, I think the reason he got the email is because he indicated on his cal state apply application that he wanted more information on the honors college. I believe it’s open to anyone who wants to apply. It’s pretty easy to find the information on the Kellogg Honors College online. I’ll try to attach the link but I’m honestly not very good on this forum - I’m still learning. It definitely has many benefits and the link will tell you about the requirements, benefits and deadline. Best of luck to you.

So do all the Cal Polys drop on a rolling basis? It seems pretty early to be hearing from them, or is this typical? I haven’t seen any SLO admissions yet, and thought they came out pretty much all at once. The website just says you’ll hear before 4/1. Thanks

Each CSU campus determines how they will post their decisions. For many non-impacted campuses, you can get a decision within a few weeks after submitting your CSU application especially if you are local. All CSU’s should have all decisions posted by April 1 and yes they are rolling.

Impacted major decisions may take longer depending upon the campus.

Mine was applying to SLO for engineering and I had him add on Pomona at the last minute. Anyone have insight into their engineering? Mine hasn’t heard yet btw.

My daughter got into Biotechnology. Received email earlier this week.

Haven’t received anything yet. Is it safe to assume that I got waitlisted or rejected?

No decision =ā€˜ No decision. Historically there are more admits coming in the next few weeks.

Do you know if any rejections have been released yet?

I have only seen admits so far. CPP was still posting acceptances in March last year so plenty of time to hear.

I have a relative who graduated from CPP-Electrical Engineering. Also, my coworker’s daughter is a current engineering student. The CPP engineering program is highly ranked and graduates are highly sought after by local engineering companies.
