FYI, their website is a little contradictory on this. The initial message was that decisions will start rolling out from mid-December through March. Then more recently they added a banner saying from late January through March. At present the same page has both these!

Sorry, but I have no specific intel on the decisions but most have probably gone out by now. Based on previous years, decisions can continue to post til early April. Just a very long drawn out process.
