So it’s confirmed another wave came out?
But not a single person that I’ve seen who can confirm a new decision as of today. A lot of people aren’t checking every day.
Afaict, no new wave yet today.

If I didn’t get a decision yet, does it mean that it’s most likely a rejection or waitlist? My GPA is pretty borderline for my major

No Decision means No Decision. Wait until you are notified one way or another.

IMO just because someone said “check today or tomorrow” doesn’t really imply that admits are coming out both days.
