<p>Most states prohibit gambling by individuals yet there are millions of people who bet on basketball pools but do not consider it to be gambling. They often do this at work which if discovered should make most companies uneasy. Maybe there is something wrong with people who gamble on march madness or maybe there is something wrong with laws prohibiting basketball pools.</p>
