<p>Hello. I am currently a sophomore in high school, and a couple of my friends and I (current juniors and sophomores) are working to make AP World History a class at our high school. We know a teacher willing to teach the course, and have a list of 40+ students who have expressed interest. We’ve been receiving signs that it may be too late to add a course, and the administration has also been quite sluggish on the matter.</p>
<p>Does anyone have any experience getting a new course at their high school? We plan on talking to the head counselor, but does anyone have any specific advice they’d like to share on how to make this work?</p>
