<p>is it easy for indians to get admission into top 30 if not 20 universitites in united states(for engineering)?I mean, an indian whose extra curriculars are not that great,has done community service,is an athlete,is in the top 10th percentile of his school and has appreciable scores on standardized tests…im not talking about the wonders who get into 7 out of 8 ivy’s…just normal

sat I :- 2200-2350
satII :- 2350-2400(maths,physics and chemistry)
toefl :- >100
ACT :- >33

Your chances are really good, if you continue scoring high grades, write good essays, and improve some extracurricular activities ( Colleges understand if you devote a lot of time in training, etc, but it is always good to have 1-2 activities )</p>
<p>im thinking about transferring to IB board…i think that will help me build a strong application with EC’s and everything…but don’t know how to tell parents</p>
