You also meet the engineering requirement of M+CR score of 1140.
Their scholarship estimator is not applicable to international applicants but international students are eligible for $3000-$8000 per year based on GPA and test scores according to this page:

Please note that the tuition and fees listed on their website at the moment have not been updated for the 2015-2016 school year and there was a substantial increase approved by the Arizona legislature recently. I have seen estimates of 3-4% increase but it could be larger for nonresident and/or international students.
