Can I get in? I’m mostly worried about my SAT math score. I would love any opinions or advice you could give me. Thanks!

Yes, 2050 is a fine score for an in-state student. Definitely not amazing but certainly worthy of an admit if all the other parts of the application are in order (which it looks like). 2050 is higher than what I got in with (31 ACT = 2040 SAT). To get a better idea of where you stand check out the following link.

The only thing I would advise is to possibly retake it in order to boost the math score by a few points. It’ll make your two score look better.

I disagree with the retake suggestion. Those scores are fine. If you were shooting for a Math based major, my retake suggestion would be “yes, after careful math review”

Seems like you should be asking Grandpa for his opinion…
