<p>There are no schools in Canada similar to Amherst and Swarthmore. The closest you would come to what you describe would be a few schools in the Maritimes (Mount Allison, StFX maybe) but they are in small town/rural areas.</p>
<p>Mt. Allison would be a great choice…not near a city though, sorry.</p>
