@LucieTheLakie, thanks for letting us know! Can you please provide us with more details? It seems this problem is repeating here and there, although so far we couldn’t quite identify a pattern. Did anyone else experience the issue?

It only seems to be an issue on my iPhone, which had cleared out my log-in settings after a recent update. When I would try to sign in with my password, it just would return to the prompt. This was two evenings ago; I haven’t tried to log on from my phone since then.
