which act score should I send?
How do I self report my ACT score/PSAT score? Do I just type my score into a word document?
I believe it is too late to self-report scores. That had to be done in the regular application portal and that already closed since March 1. I’m sorry
How can we check via the portal if we got accepted or not? For SAMS
@noahicerider @thepotatomaster Yeah, the scores had to be self-reported on the initial app. At this point, you can email them with the self-reported scores, downloaded from the CollegeBoard or ACT website, and hope they take it. They likely will since they are still reviewing until mid-April.
@Deferno54 You will receive an email. Last year, if you receive said email, you were accepted. This might be different this year.
@violetzerwit your teacher gets a separate email from CMU when you submit your initial application (the one that was due on March 1st). Your teacher can then privately send the letter of rec in a link from the email that CMU sent them.
Once we submit all our supporting documents, do we get any sign of confirmation?
@noahicerider Nope, everything should have been uploaded in the supporting documents. You won’t need a confirmation.

@anonymous522083 You will not need to submit the app as once you upload everything, they will be able to review them.

That is ridiculous, I don’t understand why they continue to change the dates. Not a good look for Carnegie Mellon.
I just called and the lady told me that my email should come tomorrow but others should come like this week or next week.
If I received an email saying that my teacher rec was confirmed, does that mean I do not have to upload it as a supporting document on the student portal?
