@night123 You do not need to upload it as a supporting document. You are good to go as long as you have everything else turned in.
@mathnerd101 When did u submit ur app? Jw if they’re actually doing it on the rolling bases. I submitted my app back in december but my supplemental rec wasn’t uploaded until mid january.
Hey, I’m on the “Upload Materials” screen even though I already submitted all my stuff. Is this just the default screen even after I finish?
@blotzok Yes, make sure you upload all your supplementary materials though (i.e. transcripts, essay, etc.) As for the recommendation letter, I sent it to my teacher electronically and uploaded a screenshot of the email that said my letter was successful received.
@mathnerd101 Well maybe if they told you that you will get yours tomorrow then that means they will be giving out decisions to early applicants within the next couple days?
Wish they’d hurry up, waiting is killing me :(( I turned mine in early January, and my teacher rec in mid february. Hope that qualifies as early enough to get decisions within this week!!
I submitted my application in like the last few days of January and turned in all the supplementary materials in the first week of February.

Update: No email yet 
This is so weird, I just called them today and they said decisions come out next week apparently?
I called around 5 and the lady said that decisions were being made on a rolling acceptance and that applicants should expect an email around 3 weeks after submitting all materials so I’m very confused

They seem to be the undergrad/grad students who actually attend CMU plus the CMU staff members, not the SAMS acceptances (if you search up a popular first name like “Andrew”). After all, the application for the program hasn’t even closed yet, so I would not worry too much.
