Oh there’s apparently another one about a Rosa Parks fraternity party. Both that one and the ABC article have been retracted.
Pretty horrified that UVA put out this kind of stuff.

They published an immediate apology and a retraction and pulled the insensitive pieces from their website - which is much more than Rolling Stone did. It is a little ironic that one of the joke articles was about how the Managing Board is all female (which is true) and that they had supposedly screwed up everything. If you only screw up an April Fools issue you can be forgiven.
I didn’t get a chance to read the retracted articles, so I have no idea if the articles were really bad, or just upset a couple overly sensitive people. However, it is usually valuable to give writers a little bit of slack on the political correctness when writing humor.
I read the ABC one before it was pulled but not the Rosa Parks one. The ABC one had all sorts of jokes, every name was a stereotypical native american name, they protested with a camp-in on the easters field, etc. It wasn’t funny.
