CC forums are crashing for me periodically when surfing on my Motorola Droid running android 2.0. I use the mobile version of the site and no other sites for me have caused this much crashing so I think it is a problem with the site. Also it does not crash while browsing on my ipod touch which is weird because it also uses the mobile version of the site.
Also the crashes have all happened on the forums, I very rarely go to other parts of the site, and I have not seen a pattern for when they occur.
mockingbird7 - could you be more specific about the activities that you are performing when the browser crashes? I have tested the CC on a Motorola Droid that is running on Android 2.0.1. I was able to bounce around the forums, create a thread, and post a reply with no issue.

I do not know what was wrong. It was crashing when I bounced around the site but I haven’t crashed in days now.
Mine was doing the same thing on my G1. It would just crash half way through downloading a page. It still does it from time to time.
Hmmm, I’ve been using a Droid without a problem (viewing mobile version), and our lead developer uses a Droid as well. Please keep us posted, though, with any specifics of when the problem occurs, etc.

I’ve noticed this issue on my Motorola Droid as well. It’s a bit strange, as the browser will completely close out. If I remember correctly, it happens with the full version of the site as well as the mobile version. Next time it happens, I’ll keep a note of which page it occurred on.
