<p>Vandy is my #1 team these days and I hated for them to lose to Murray State even though MSU is quite close and I went to grad school there; however, I’m still a UK fan and this is painful for me. These “one and done” Cats are being outplayed by West Virginia. I have had mixed feelings about them all season - love John Wall, but DeMarcus Cousins has had bad behavior (which has improved somewhat lately) most of the season, particularly with Louisville and Vanderbilt. Eric Bledsoe was a bad sport against Vandy in Nashville as well. West Virginia has just outplayed them since they “showed up” late in the first half.</p>
<p>I said all along that if anyone was going to beat Kentucky, it would be W.Va. Just a couple more minutes… (Of course, I’ve been wrong about many of the games) I was more upset about the Vandy loss to Murray State than I have been about any game since the Bobby Knight IU days. I loved this year’s Vandy team and I will miss Beal a lot.</p>

<p>That was a tough one. Slimy Calipari and the Kentucky fans or Huggins who I have despised since conference USA days.
When Marquette beat Kentucky to get to the final four in 2003 the Kentucky fans were awful! Was soooo glad to beat them and shut them up.
Now I am cheering for Baylor. A good story, a good young coach taking a team in ruins and bringing back the program.</p>

<p>It was hard for me to look at those two coaches. It’s actually a shame one got to win, but for me Huggins is the lesser of two evils. I’m going to root for Butler, but Baylor has a neat Indiana connection, too.</p>

<p>I’m sad the Vols lost, but this season was sort of a strange one, anyway. Glad they got that far.</p>

<p>Would have liked it better if MSU had won, but little old Butler did stick to it just like their bulldog mascot. It’s nice to see a smaller, lesser-known school have their moment in the spotlight. </p>
<p>Both teams had players and coaches who looked like they were about to have heart attacks in those last tense minutes!</p>
<p>sorry my alma mater (MSU) lost, but what a game. Since WVA lost to Duke, my bracket is finally, totally kaput – and I will surely be cheering for Butler tomorrow night…they are truly impressive.</p>
